IndianaMat ranks 8 Rochester boys wrestlers, 3 girls

Eight Rochester boys wrestlers and three Rochester girls wrestlers were ranked in the most recent statewide rankings at IndianaMat.com.

The most recent boys rankings were released Nov. 26, and the most recent girls rankings came out Tuesday.

IndianaMat ranked the top 25 wrestlers in each boys weight class and the top 16 wrestlers in each girls weight class.

The highest ranked Rochester boy is senior Brant Beck, who is ranked No. 2 at 165. Beck finished seventh at state at 157 last year.

Laine Peppler, who finished sixth at girls state last year at 170, is ranked No. 2 at that weight class this year.
