Musselman’s 41 leads Rochester to 3-way win over Triton, Caston

Rochester 172, Triton 185, Caston 217 (Monday): Ashton Musselman shot a 41 to earn medalist honors for the host Zebras in a three-way dual win over Triton and Caston at Round Barn Golf Club Golf Club at Mill Creek Monday.

Isaac Heishman added a 42, Jack Reffett carded a 43, Brevin Nicholson had a 46, Parker Brown had a 51, Adam Reinhold had a 55, and Tanner Krom had a 58 for Rochester.

Reed Sommers was Caston’s low scorer with a 52. Owen Chapman had a 54, Jace Rentschler had a 55, Drew Williams had a 56, Brody Brewer and Drew Douglass each had a 57, and Bentley Williams had a 66.

Landon Patrick topped Triton with a 43.

Musselman birdied the par-3 10th hole and also birdied the par-5 12th.

Rochester will host another three-way dual against Southwood and Manchester on Wednesday and the Three Rivers Conference tournament Saturday.
