The Rochester baseball team went 0-2 at the Twin Lakes Invitational Saturday, dropping their season record to 15-10.
In a 9-6 loss to Northwestern in their second game, Tanner Reinartz, Colton Ferverda, Parker Casper and Jake Seuferer each had a hit and an RBI. Carson Paulik doubled and scored a run. Brady Coleman had a single.
Rochester led 5-3 after five innings before Northwestern scored six runs in the sixth.
Rochester pitchers walked six and hit three batters.
In their first game Saturday, Rochester lost to Class 3A, No. 8 Twin Lakes 2-1 on a walk-off error in the bottom of the eighth.
Seuferer had the lone Zebra RBI in the fourth. Drew Bowers had two hits, and Coleman, Reinartz, Ferverda, Young and Brady Beck had one hit each.
Ferverda allowed one run over seven innings. He allowed six hits and a walk while striking out five. Casper allowed an unearned run in the eighth and took the loss.
