Culver 34, Pioneer 27 (Nov. 18): Grace Sieber hit three 3-pointers and scored 12 points, and Elexa O’Brien hit a pair of treys and added 10 for the host Lady Cavaliers in a Hoosier North home win over Pioneer at John R. Nelson Gymnasium Nov. 18.
Amiyah Williams scored four of her six points in the third quarter as Culver extended a three-point halftime lead to 26-16 after three quarters.
Mia McKaig hit four 3-pointers and scored 14 points for Pioneer, who fell to 0-3 overall and 0-2 in the Hoosier North.
Culver snapped a two-game losing streak and improved to 3-4, 1-1.
Culver beat Pioneer for the first time since Nov. 21, 2015.
