Tippecanoe Valley 33, Jimtown 0 (Friday): Wes Parker ran 24 times for 203 yards and a touchdown, and Grady Moriarty had 17 carries for 168 yards and three scores as the host Vikings routed Jimtown Friday.
Parker added 32 yards receiving on a team-high three catches. Jamison Phillips had two catches for 32 yards and also had an interception on defense. Owen Omondi had a 34-yard reception.
Meanwhile, the Valley defense held Jimtown to 91 yards of total offense. Jimtown converted just one of 12 third downs and punted eight times. Jimtown averaged just 2.5 yards per carry, and no Jimtown receiver had more than 13 yards.
Gage Overbey kicked field goals of 23 and 43 yards and also made three of four extra point attempts.
Blake Cooksey had a sack on defense.
Valley improved to 4-2 overall and 3-1 in the Indiana Northern State Conference. They beat Jimtown for just the second time in nine meetings all-time. This was just the third time in the last decade that Jimtown has been shut out.
Valley led 10-0 at halftime.
Western, who has won five straight games, travels to Valley at 7 p.m. this Friday.

Culver 12, Caston 7 (Friday): Jonas McCuen threw a touchdown pass and ran for the game-winning touchdown with 11:29 left as the visiting Cavaliers beat Caston at the Comet Crater Friday.
Caleb McCuen caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from Jonas McCuen with 5:14 left in the first quarter on a fourth-and-8 play.
Caston took a 7-6 lead on Gavin Mollenkopf’s 38-yard touchdown pass to Logan Mollenkopf on a double reverse flea-flicker with 5:10 left in the half. Reed Sommers added the extra point to give Caston the lead.
Jonas McCuen’s game-winning touchdown run followed a 23-yard run from John Carr down to the 1-yard-line.
Ashton Bowyer led Caston with 125 yards rushing on 28 carries, but the rest of the Caston ground attack had just 57 yards on 22 carries.
Logan Mollenkopf led the Comets with two catches for 56 yards and a touchdown, and he also had an interception on defense. Gage Minniear had three receptions for 36 yards.
Tucker Woolever and Ashton Bowyer had seven tackles each, Brayden Unger had six tackles, and Sommers had five tackles. Parker Zimpleman had four tackles, two tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry. Gavin Mollenkopf and London Herd had three tackles each. Gavin Mollenkopf had a pass defended.

Pioneer 49, South Central (Union Mills) 7 (Friday): Shiloh Rine ran for 144 yards and three touchdowns on just four carries, and he also caught one of Micah Rans’ three touchdown passes for the Panthers in a Hoosier North home win over winless South Central at the Panther Pit Friday.
Rans ran for 68 yards and a touchdown on five carries, and he also threw for 168 yards. Carter Mize had touchdown receptions of 26 and 30 yards, and Phillip McFatridge accounted for 57 yards of total offense – 19 rushing and 38 receiving on two catches. McFatridge also made all seven of his extra point attempts.
Mikaden Tolosa had 12 tackles, including four for loss. Colten Long added 10 tackles, including 1.5 for loss. Noah VanMeter added nine tackles, J.J. Solano and Cole Franklin had eight each, and Eli Guffey had seven, including 1.5 for loss.
Rans threw a pop pass to Rine, who was in motion, on the first play from scrimmage and Rine turned the corner for a 74-yard touchdown.
Pioneer led 35-7 at halftime.
Pioneer improved to 5-1 overall and 4-0 in the Hoosier North. South Central fell to 0-6, 0-4. They have been outscored 218-13 in conference play.

North Miami 44, Winamac 14 (Friday): Ethan Burgess caught a 61-yard touchdown pass from Xavier Adriano, and he also had two interceptions on defense, but host Winamac lost to North Miami despite forcing seven turnovers at Roudebush Field Friday.
Ivan Cardenas also ran for a touchdown for Winamac, who dropped to 1-5, 1-3 Hoosier North. Tearson Wolford ran for a team-high 63 yards on 20 carries. Adriano passed for 112 yards.
Burgess had 10 tackles and four assists and also intercepted two passes. Louis Rugg III had three tackles, an assist and an interception.
Lake Musall ran for four touchdowns, and Ryan Meredith also had a nine-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter for North Miami (4-2, 2-2 Hoosier North). Hartley Hoover threw a touchdown pass to Braylon McIntire.
The game was tied 14-14 at halftime.
