The girls basketball game between Argos and Triton scheduled for Thursday was canceled due to COVID issues at Argos.
The game was a consolation game of the Bi-County Tournament and was to be played at the LaVille auxiliary gym.
The Argos team is currently being quarantined, according to athletic department spokesperson Kelli VanDerWeele.
VanDerWeele declined to elaborate more specifically on the nature of the COVID problem.
The other consolation game between Oregon-Davis and Culver was also canceled due to COVID issues at Oregon-Davis.
Argos’ next scheduled game is against LaVille Jan. 27. Argos’ final Hoosier Plains game is against Elkhart Christian Jan. 29.
The sectional begins at Culver on Feb. 1.
