Judson’s Frasure scores 50, passes 2,000 for career

Girls basketball
North Judson 76, Winamac 43 (Thursday): Kaya Campbell scored 10 points, but the Winamac girls basketball team dropped a Hoosier North road contest to North Judson Thursday.
Kingsley Kroft scored all nine of her points in the second half. Aubrey Gearhart added eight.
Senior post player Maggie Smith led the team with seven rebounds and four assists.
North Judson’s Lilliann Frasure hit 12 3-pointers and scored 50 points. She also passed the 2,000 point mark for career during the game. Frasure hit six treys and scored 20 points in the fourth quarter alone. North Judson made 14 treys as a team.
North Judson also went 10 for 10 from the foul line.
Winamac lost their third straight game. They are 10-7 overall and 3-3 in the Hoosier North. They finish conference play with a road game against Pioneer on Tuesday.
