Bowling
The Rochester boys bowling team placed second in the sectional on Jan. 7 and advanced to the regional.
New Prairie won the sectional. Rochester finished four pins back.
The regional will be held in Michigan City on Jan. 21.
Brady Gamble, Wes Lawson and Enrique Navarro advanced individually to the regional.
The Rochester girls placed sixth in their sectional and did not advance as a team. No girls advanced individually.
