Wise leads with 14, Gonzalez, Bussard also in double figures in Valley loss

Elkhart 54, Tippecanoe Valley 48 (Wednesday): Hadley Wise scored 14 points, and Gaby Gonzalez and Dalynne Bussard added 12 each, but the visiting Lady Vikings lost to the Lady Lions at Elkhart North Side Gym Wednesday.

Shaniyah Stout scored six of her game-high 17 points in the fourth quarter for Elkhart. Aaniyah Bonner added 12.

Elkhart led 30-26 at halftime and extended the lead to 41-33 after three quarters.

Elkhart improved to 15-7. Valley dropped to 15-6 in advance of today’s regular season finale at home against sectional rival Wawasee.
