Rochester 15, Tippecanoe Valley 5 (JV, 5 innings, Tuesday): Conner Dunfee went 4 for 4 at the plate with four RBIs, and he also pitched a six-hitter for the win for the Rochester JV baseball team in a home win over Valley at Bob Copeland Field Monday.

Callen Ferverda had three hits and four RBIs, and Colton Ferverda had two hits and two RBIs. Kaleb Lutz doubled and drove in two. Zakk Parks had two hits and an RBI, and Adrian Ochoa had a hit and an RBI.

Drew Bowers, Carter Merideth and Brady Gamble had one hit each.

Freshman catcher Trevin Hester singled and homered and had two RBIs for Valley. Gage Hileman and Jacob Weaver each had a hit and an RBI. Luke Tucker doubled and Weston Brown singled.

Valley pitchers walked five and hit two batters.

Rochester scored 11 runs in the bottom of the third to build a 13-1 lead.
