Girls basketball
Winamac 49, West Central 20 (Tuesday): Kingsley Kroft hit five 3-pointers and scored 17 points, and Maggie Smith added 13 points, seven rebounds and a team-high four assists to lead the visiting Winamac girls basketball team past West Central Tuesday.
Winamac led 34-6 at halftime.
Winamac beat West Central for the sixth straight year.

Wrestling
Winamac 50, Logansport 21 (Tuesday): Kolbey Wegner, Shaun Pratt, Tyler Tankersley, Brendan Day, Caleb Good, Tyler Perry, Lloyd Lavender, Dakota Smith, Cameron Benesh, Max Gearhart and Talan Braun all won matches in a senior night home win over Logansport Tuesday.
Benesh, Parker Wallace, Dylan Penicaro and Isaiah Wilson were the four seniors honored.
Winamac adds home triple dual to schedule: Winamac has added a home triple dual to its schedule for 9 a.m. Dec. 19.
Merrillville and Fountain Central will be the other teams.
